Instant Gratification

As with any business, the name of the game is Instant Gratification. I remember when Amazon criticized USPS, UPS and FedEx for not being able to deliver their packages by Christmas when someone ordered their products on Christmas Eve. After having contracts with all 3 and "firing" all 3, Amazon decided to start their own delivery service to show them them how it was done.

Guess what? A decade (or so) after Amazon decided to start it's own delivery service to show every other 100 year old delivery service how it was done, I decided to order a last minute item someone wanted from Amazon for Christmas. It was December 21, four days before Christmas. Having a family of delivery drivers, I knew it would never arrive on time. But they had said it could be done. The anticipated delivery date was December 29, by Amazon delivery. Longer than any other delivery service. The moral of the story. We would all love instant gratification for what we want.

What does this have to do with Tallow lotion?

We, as a society, want our wrinkles gone in 24 hours, our scars healed yesterday and our skin issues fixed before we get up. Me, I was happy to just have my skin issues actually fixed. I tried every single immediate fix cleanser and treatment offered because I had so many issues for 40+ years. One treatment I tried was tested for years and recommended to me from the dermatologist as the best thing ever.
