SHIPPING POLICY

​Shipping Methods & Cost

We use USPS Priority and UPS Ground Shipping for all orders by default in order to better track your package and ensure reliability.  Options for expedited shipping are available upon checkout.

There are no refunds on shipping costs.

Shipping Address Issues

We are not responsible for any shipping address issues. You will have to repay shipping if you provide the wrong address.


Order Processing Times

Once your order is received, it will be processed between 3 to 5 business days. In order to ensure your tallow is as fresh as possible, each batch is prepared per order. In addition to this, it will take 3-5 business days to ship the product to you. ​

Melted Product

Due to the natural qualities of tallow, our products may melt in transit, especially in the summer as delivery includes sitting in the back of delivery vehicles that can reach 120 degrees or above. Since many in our family have been in shipping, we do the best we can to protect the product, but cannot guarantee especially in southern states. This is normal and expected and the product is fine to use even if melted. You may cool it off and blend it again with a mixer. It is the same product, it just may a non whipped tallow. If you would like to add volume and whipped features, you can blend it again with a mixer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Every jar of tallow is handcrafted in a clean, bacteria-free environment. We take pride in the freshness and quality of every batch. We want you to love your tallow - but if you are not happy with our product, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

 

What’s Returnable (and What’s Not)

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product is unopened and the seal/tape is still intact.

  • If the jar has been opened or the packaging removed, we can’t take it back.

  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us for instructions.

  • We don't accept returns or exchanges due to melting that can happen in transit, please be cognizant of extreme heat when ordering.

  • We’re unable to process returns or exchanges after 30 days.

 

Refund or Store Credit

  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us for instructions.

  • For all other eligible returns, you’ll receive store credit.​

 

How to Start a Return

Just shoot us an email! We’ll confirm your return is eligible and send you all the details, including the return address and instructions. Once we receive your package and verify the product is still full and unopened, we’ll issue your store credit.
